Just yesterday we reported that Tata unveiled the first showroom for Land Rover and Jaguar in India. But the Coventry-based British automaker is going all guns blazing in other territories also. Now Jaguar informs that they have introduced the newest car in the XF lineup. Called as the 2010 Jaguar XF Supercharged, it is the fourth in the series.
The luxury car will feature Adaptive Dynamics and Active Differential Control as standard and it comes along with a 5.0-liter Supercharged AJ-V8 Gen III engine with 470hp and 424 lb/ft of torque. This is a twelve percent increase over the 2009MY supercharged XF, which had a 4.2-liter engine. The car also includes ventilated disc brakes that are upgraded and heated steering wheel.
What’s more, the 2010 Jaguar XF Supercharged has interiors that feature the Jaguar Suedecloth Premium headlining along with contrast color twin needle stitching on the instrument panel. And yes, there are door top rolls as well as Rich Oak veneer. Entertainment wise, there is the HD radio and the 440W Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system.
Jaguar has also revealed that the car has a Supercharged badging on rear trunk lid and features alloy wheels in the unique 20″ five triple-spoke Selena-style. This luxury car also has silver-gray painted brake calipers and even quad polished exhaust tailpipes.

The 2010 Jaguar XF Supercharged is expected to be out in the October of this year. Prices of the car start at $68,000. Other models in the line-up are the 4.2-liter naturally aspirated XF (300 hp) and the 5.0-liter naturally aspirated XF Premium (385 hp), which are priced at $52,000 and $57,000 respectively. The expensive models are the 5.0-liter supercharged XF Supercharged (470 hp) and the 5.0-liter supercharged XFR (510 hp) that cost $68,000 and $80,000 respectively.
