The revolutionary Ford Mustang sets a new standard for driving freedom, featuring an immersive digital cockpit, cutting-edge engines, and a distinctive, bold style.

Ford is once again making waves in the world of sports cars with the introduction of the all-new Ford Mustang. The seventh generation promises an exhilarating and visceral experience, boasting a fighter jet-inspired digital cockpit, advanced turbocharged and naturally aspirated engines, and a bold yet timeless exterior design. Jim Farley, CEO of Ford Motor Company, emphasizes Ford’s commitment to the internal combustion engine (ICE) amidst industry shifts, stating that the new Mustang is part of a robust ICE growth plan with added connected technology, hybrid options, and a substantial investment in electric vehicles. The Mustang, now in its seventh iteration, offers a range of options, from convertible to coupe, V8 to turbocharged 4-cylinder, and manual to automatic transmissions.

Underneath its chiseled exterior, the seventh-generation Mustang houses a technologically advanced, driver-centric cockpit. The fighter jet-inspired setup includes two curved displays that can be customized to show pertinent information. The 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster provides animated designs and drive-mode dependent visuals. Utilizing the Unreal Engine 3D creation tool, the driver can visualize real-time graphical renderings of the car’s setup when adjusting personalized drive mode settings. The digital instrument cluster seamlessly integrates into a 13.2-inch SYNC® 4 center stack, creating a modern and connected interior. The all-new race-inspired flat-bottomed steering wheel adds a touch of sportiness, and the interior features various material options and ambient lighting.

Beyond aesthetics, the Mustang introduces features like animated welcome lighting, Remote Rev (allowing the engine to be revved remotely), and an available wireless mobile phone charging pad. The B&O Sound System, compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, enhances the driving experience. The Mustang’s exterior design receives a modern update while retaining classic cues. The sleek roofline, widened rear haunches, and distinctive Tri-Bar LED headlamps pay homage to the Mustang’s heritage. The lineup includes unique front-end designs for different models, with the GT showcasing larger and more aggressive grille openings.

The 2024 model year introduces the Mustang Design Series, offering further customization options straight from the factory. The Bronze Design Series Appearance Package, available on both EcoBoost and GT models, adds Sinister Bronze alloy wheels with bronze badges. The Mustang’s engines receive advancements, with the Mustang GT now powered by an advanced 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine. The 2024 Mustang aims to provide an even more exciting drive experience, offering a variety of engine options, including a turbocharged 2.3-liter EcoBoost model. The availability of both manual and automatic transmissions and various drive modes allows drivers to tailor their Mustang experience.

The Mustang GT and EcoBoost models come with an optional Performance Pack, enhancing track-focused features. Notable additions include a front Tower Brace, Torsen® Limited Slip differential, MagneRide active suspension, wider rear wheels and tires, larger Brembo brakes, and optional Recaro® seats. The GT with manual transmission includes standard rev-matching for precision gear changes. The electronic drift brake, a segment-first, adds a new dimension to the Mustang’s racetrack capabilities. Overall, the 2024 Mustang combines cutting-edge technology, performance, and customization, reinforcing its status as an iconic sports car.
