MINI introduces its latest models, highlighting the performance capabilities of the MINI Countryman with both C and the more powerful S gasoline engines, along with an available diesel variant. The MINI Countryman C, positioned as an entry-level model, seamlessly blends driving comfort and spaciousness with an efficient 3-cylinder gasoline engine.

Stefanie Wurst, head of the MINI brand, describes the MINI Countryman C as a combination of typical MINI features, including agility and driving pleasure, coupled with an extensive standard equipment package.

With a robust output of 125 kW/170 hp, the entry-level model accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds, achieving a top speed of 212 km/h. Powered by a 3-cylinder gasoline engine with TwinPower Turbo technology and 280 Nm of torque, the MINI Countryman C boasts brand-typical driving pleasure. The integrated mild hybrid technology aids in energy recovery during braking and supports the internal combustion engine with 14 kW electric drive power, resulting in reduced consumption and emissions (combined fuel consumption: 6.5 – 6.1 l/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 146 – 138 g/km according to WLTP).

Externally, the new MINI Countryman, now 13 centimeters longer and eight centimeters higher than its predecessor, exudes a puristic design with increased presence. The redesigned octagonal front grille, along with distinctive LED headlights and rear lights, contributes to the model’s superior appearance.

Equipped with light-alloy wheels ranging from 17 to 21 inches and a dynamic chassis providing 202 mm ground clearance, the MINI Countryman C ensures additional safety and comfort on uneven roads.

The interior offers a spacious and versatile layout, accommodating up to five adults. With features such as a panoramic glass roof and standard sports seats, the MINI Countryman C prioritizes passenger comfort. The backrest of the three rear seats is individually adjustable, and the back seat can be moved up to 13 cm, providing flexibility for additional legroom or cargo space. The central OLED display with a diameter of 240 mm takes center stage in the minimalistic interior design, allowing easy control of infotainment and assistance systems via touch or voice command.

The new MINI Family product structure offers customization options with Essential, Classic, Favoured, and JCW trim variants. The Favoured trim, in particular, stands out with its contrasting roof, Vibrant Silver front grille frame, and distinctive design elements, such as 20-inch rims and two-tone textile surfaces in the interior, made from recycled polyester.

The introduction of Driving Assistant Plus brings partially automated Level 2 driving to the MINI Countryman, allowing hands-off steering on motorway-like routes up to 60 km/h, provided the driver remains attentive to traffic conditions.

The new MINI Countryman C embodies a harmonious blend of efficiency, elegance, and individual expression across its various trim options.
